Youth Power helps elementary students confidence! GrooveWrx Kids Hip Hop classes celebrate music, movement and physical empowerment. GrooveWrx Fitness Friends (GFF) offers one-on-one encouragement and fitness!

 I co-teach with Callahan's Karate a one-night Empowerment and Self-De​fense Wrxshop for Women and Teens.

I also offer custom dance classes, workshops, events and empowerment talks upon request!
